Renovations

We have completed renovations inside and out in 2014, removed all carpet, installed new carpet in all bedrooms, refinished hardwood flooring, re-framed bathroom floor, replaced all broken windows, installed new front and rear entry doors, new security doors, new 2 tone paint on interior, new 2 tone paint on exterior, repaired rotten flooring in laundry room and re-framed, installed new tub surround, new kitchen sink, reinstalled toilet in the hall bathroom, new vanity in bathroom, reran all plumbing for laundry room and hot water heater, repaired/replaced electrical where needed, etc.

Rental Agreement

We have just completed the renovations on this beautiful home, and we have secured a long term tenant and they have moved in. It is leased for $700.00 a month and expires February 2015. The tenant will pay for all utilities. The tenant will also be responsible for all day to day upkeep and maintenance of the property. We have a property management company in place. They are responsible for collecting rent and overseeing the property. Their monthly management fee is 10%. We can provide you with their contact info upon request.
