Rental Agreement

We have just completed the renovations on this beautiful home, and we have secured a long term tenant and they have moved in. It is leased for $850.00 a month and expires February 2015. The tenant will pay for all utilities. The tenant will also be responsible for all day to day upkeep and maintenance of the property. We have a property management company in place.
