Renovations

Rental Agreement

We have just completed the renovations on this beautiful home, and we are in the process of securing a long term tenant. It will be leased for a minimum of $725 a month. The tenant will pay for all utilities. The tenant will also be responsible for all day to day upkeep and maintenance of the property. We have a property management company in place.
