Rental Agreement

We have recently completed the renovations on this home and have placed a tenant in the property through Section 8, which means you get a check from the government each and every month on the same day. It is rented for $950.00 a month. The tenant pays for all utilities. The tenant will also be responsible for all day to day upkeep and maintenance of the property. We have a property management company in place. They are responsible for collecting rent and overseeing the property. Their monthly management fee is 10%.
